Often times a site is simple enough that we can set you up with a content editing tool (We prefer Adobe's Contribute editor) that allows you to edit most of the content on your site. This simple tool will give you the power to make simple updates yourself, saving you time and money.
Even with this power, most of our small clients opt to have the updates completed by us since we can do them quickly while minimizing the chance of errors.
Complex Updates
We have the tools and know how to make updates quickly and efficiently. Updates that can take you or your staff thirty minutes, will often take us only five. Often complex code-merges and site-wide changes can be done by our team much quicker and reliably by our team than our customers.
Saving You Money
Our billing structure for maintenance is very customer-friendly. We have no hourly minimums, and track each minute that we spend on your project with our billing-timer. This ensure that you get a detailed report of your update results and a by-the-minute view of your costs instead of bloated maintenance bills.
