In order for us to process all support requests quickly and efficiently for our clients, we request that all support and maintenance requests are sent to our Support Department.
You can contact the support department by sending an email to support@bluetux.com or by entering a ticket in our support center.
Of course, some updates are a bit more complicated so the phone (1.866.603.3300) is always an option for our customers when needed.
